  1. Working to get the car running. We will possibly need a rebuild kit for the carb. Can you help me with the ID? Cast into the base looks like EE 1 or EE 7. Stamped into the base is 3P 20404. On the side of the body is 1 1/32. Thanks
  2. If that's the only problem, I can live with it.
  3. We heard from them yesterday. They where waiting for one part to ship the whole order, so we asked them the ship what they had. Should have them in a few days.
  4. Thank you! Found some on RockAuto for $4.78
  5. Does any body have or know of any rear wheel cylinder pistons available? I will try to call Dave Tacheny this evening. I can't find them listed anywhere. Thanks
  6. Can anyone confirm this is what the 36 Series 40 master cylinder should look like?
  7. Here's a pic of the MC that Bob's sent us. The bolts go through the casting in to the frame. Does this look like a 36 40 series?
  8. I assembled the MC with the thin washer and mounted it today. New problem. The rod is too low to line up with the brake pedal arm and the pin is bent. Any thoughts?
  9. My brother placed the order. Has emailed several times and tried to call again today. No answer.
  10. I'll check that. It's been 2 weeks. Is that normal?
  11. I would tend to agree, but why a spare ? We may go ahead and put it together with the thin one and hope for the best. Thanks everyone.
  12. OK. Thanks. Must just be busy.
  13. Have any of you had experience with this website? We ordered some brake parts over a week ago and can't get any info on when or if they shipped. Thanks
  14. Update: Here are pictures of the rear plug and the 2 washers. The fat one is .180" and the thin one is .085" The second pic shows the fat one on the plug and the third pic is the thin one that fits under the nub on the plug. I still haven't found any info on where they go.
  15. This kit looks like the one we got. You can see the 2 different rubber washers at the center bottom.
  16. Bob's was unfortunately not helpful. They sent the attached picture of the wrong master cylinder. Said that was all they had. I'll post pics of what I've got tomorrow. Thanks for the feedback.
  17. Thanks. Looks like my kit except I have 2 black rubber washers. The thin one would stretch over the nub on the rear cap, but the thick one fits around it. Any thoughts? Waiting to contact Bob's tomorrow.
  18. We just got our sleeved master cylinder from Bob's. It came with a rebuild kit but no instructions. Does anybody have an instruction sheet? In particular, there are 2 rubber washers of different thickness. I know 1 goes on the back cap but I don't know which one or where the other one goes. Quick edit: I can't go by the one that was on the car because it wasn't the original Master Cylinder. Slightly different design. TIA. Jeff
  19. See if you have power at the starter. The battery connection.
  20. If you have no power at all, I'd trace the battery cables. Don't think there are any system fuses.
