  1. Thanks, I'll check with them
  2. I can see washing the media in kerosene, but surely not the entire case. I can't figure out how to get it apart to get the media out.
  3. Is there a way to clean this out? The shell doesn't seem to come apart that I can see. The media is obviously VERY dirty and in need of cleaning. Was it a one use part and then you replace it altogether?
  4. Sent you a message through your website. Im not picky on material, as long as it is a close visual representation.
  5. I have, no one there seems to have a solution. Most are ivory colored, I guess the marble is rare
  6. I'll send an email through your website, but can you cast them so they bolt on with some kind of shoulder bolt instead of the rivet?
  7. My choke knob doesn't match either... it bugs meπŸ˜…
  8. This is the crank knob in question and the dash knob for reference.
  9. Ive been struggling to find a solution here, hopefully the collective can help me out. Im slowing redoing a 36 Plymouth P2 Deluxe. The window cranks and door handles could use a re-chrome. The problem is the bakelite knobs are riveted in somehow and I can see a way of removing a replcing them. I have also not found a source for the correct color/style replacements (for the cranks or any of the dash knobs). Is there a way to remove and re-install these somehow? Or a place the can re-create them with a threaded instert instead of whatever rivet contraption they used? Pic to follow soon.
  10. Thanks, I was trying door card clips and wasn't getting any hits. I now recall we discussed this a while ago too (my days of working on this are WAY to far in-between!). I'm going to try a few of these and see if they are a good match. They are proud of them and their shipping ($25 to ship a few ounces!!)
  11. I checked and did not see it online. Do you have a list #?
  12. Need a source for for panel clips for my P2. Anyone have a suitable replacement?
  13. Not worth the risk to roll around in old tires. Even if the there is no visible dry rot old tire can be dangerous. There was a recent thread on another site where a visibly fine, but old tire blew out catastrophically. Although it soars ok, the rubber is worn out and fatigued. It's just not worth the risk. Spend the money and get new tires at least every 10yrs.
  14. Mine works great, I just like the dual note sound
  15. I would kind of like to hook up dual horns for the P2. I'm wandering if there was an underhood dual setup in 36. I've seen the headlight mount option and not interested in that at this point (outrageously expensive). If there was a factory option I'll see if I can find one. Otherwise I have a line on a pair from a 48i may be able to fit. Dad has aP15 with the same horns and they sound great.
  16. I never realized there were two, so they both have websites?
  17. Looks like restoration specialties 3887J might be it
  18. I thought of remaking the cars, but the clips give me pause. I think my cards are usable. Could be reinforced with some rigid plastic sheet maybe. The weatherstripping is shot though, so that's another problem.
  19. Got a chance to take the 36 and 47 out for ice cream with the extended family, kids had a blast! Get out and enjoy these cars! Got a ton of waves and one lady requesting a picture with it. Made such a fun outing (Ice cream didn't hurt either!)
  20. Edit, I also need a few of the spring clips that hold the top of the window reveal in
  21. Can anyone tell me if anyone carries the clips for door cards on a 36 P2? I need the clips and the sweep on the bottom of the card. Bonus points if someone remakes the card itself.
  22. They indeed had the answer, thank you!
  23. ... but not for 36πŸ˜’
