Yes, the 494901 is the 5.7 ratio head on the 1933 Pontiac straight eight. Also the carb is a Carter 1 bbl basic model W-1. I have engine parts, also fuel pump kits for this model. Good luck with your car ! Kurt Kelsey

These are defenately Pontiac heads with part numbers like this. Pontiac changed numbers often, so you will need several years of books to find them. Sad part is, they are not really worth much as they are not needed very often. Good luck Kurt, Pontiac partsman for over 50 years.
