Laughing Coyote
Not mine, but a nice project for someone. https://tucson.craigslist.org/cto/d/sunbeam-alpine/6624399891.html
RansomEli
That is a great deal. Unless there is something terribly wrong with the engine or there is structural rust, someone should snap this up.
60FlatTop
I was looking for a picture to put in another thread a few minutes ago. So this was easy to find. Very civilized car compared to other British sporty car of the time. I remember adjusting the doors, bonnet, boot lid so they were nice and tight. I drove over to the next town and felt lonely on the way..... really quiet. It is a 1967 that came out of Tennessee. That is my Son who will be 36 years old next month. And me. Makes me remember my Uncle Pat talking about hair "What turns gray will stay." Bernie
hchris
Amen to the above, very understated cars are these. At 6`3" one of the very few British sports cars I can comfortably fit into, wind up windows, cruises nicely at 70 mph in 5th gear overdrive. If you are looking for something with a bit of flair, forget the MG/Triumph/Healey contenders and get yourself one of these; had mine over 5 years now and cant stop smiling.
