Larry W Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 If those hubcaps were laying in a junk pile of rusty metal, it's remotely possible that the rust could have been deposited by some surrounding rusty metal and they are truly factory original. I'd try a little chrome polish, just for the halibut, you might end up with some nice wall art or trailer hubcaps, or go buy a '58 Olds to put 'em on.
