I expect Portland Minutes to be up by this time next week if not sooner. The secretary role is the hardest role in the club. Keep in mind this is a volunteer role at that. It is thankless, difficult job, one that everyone runs from every year. Chuck Kerls worked hard last year, I personally thank him for his efforts.
