The concave beltline makes it a Series 6-29 (1929). The Series 6-29A and Series 6-30B were very similar cars with many small differences. From the back the main one is the 1930 has a convex belt line. From the side the crease in the cowl outlining the "A" pillar has disappeared in 1930 and the side lamps are mounted directly on the cowl. From the front the Radiator shell has a different cutout and the neck of the shell and rad cap are smaller. In 1929 there were two lights on the dashboard where there is only one in 1930. In 1929 the emergency brake was a drum on the back of the transmission, in 1930 it operated as an override on the service brakes.
