We at the Surrey Vintage Vehicle Society (United Kingdom) need a bit more help, especially on American cars. The enquirer suggests the photo (attached file) was taken before 1924 in Sacramento, California. TheMoneyPit Posted November 11, 2008 Share Posted November 11, 2008 The Big 6 Studebaker's came with grab handles to help access the car - they were behind the rear doors and in-between the front & rear doors --- otherwise I'd agree going by the shape of the top of the body rail. Door handles look differant from mystery photo, roof line is similar, rear wheels are 12 spoke.The rear hub cap has the faint appearance of what that vintage Stude cap looked like but mystery car photo is too poor quality to confirm.Stude8 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In my subsequent researches I have not come across a rear side screen of the type shown on the picture, on any make of car !
