Teen's Buick? Parts in Grandpa's Barn

Here are some photos of some parts that may be 1915? Buick. Grandpa said they converted a touring car to a pick-up in 1928 and stuffed this stuff in the loft. Can anyone confirm the year /make. He's wanting me to do something with the stuff now, so it does not end up in the dumpster when he's gone.

In 1915 there were 3 different sizes of Touring cars built by Buick, a C-25, a C-37 and a C-55. I do not think it is from a C-55 because the large car had jump seats (7 passanger car) and there does not appear to be enough room for these in what is left of the rear. The most produced and sold were the small C-25 Buicks. Most likely off of one of that model. The dash would be 1916 or newer. A 1916 and newer D-45 had an amp gage in the dash while the earlier models did not.
