pmdolan
Here are some photos of some parts that may be 1915? Buick. Grandpa said they converted a touring car to a pick-up in 1928 and stuffed this stuff in the loft. Can anyone confirm the year /make. He's wanting me to do something with the stuff now, so it does not end up in the dumpster when he's gone.
Dandy Dave
In 1915 there were 3 different sizes of Touring cars built by Buick, a C-25, a C-37 and a C-55. I do not think it is from a C-55 because the large car had jump seats (7 passanger car) and there does not appear to be enough room for these in what is left of the rear. The most produced and sold were the small C-25 Buicks. Most likely off of one of that model. The dash would be 1916 or newer. A 1916 and newer D-45 had an amp gage in the dash while the earlier models did not. Will try to get some fellow Buick members on this for you. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Dave!
Mark Shaw
The door jam does not look like my 15 Buick model C25. Buick used half round rubber door stops inset into the door jam. Yours does not have these. And the photos of the dash and cowl do not look like Buick to me.Good luck,
pmdolan
I am adding a photo of the rear(?)doors that may help. I believe that there is a third door, front?
