NTArrington
I need 8 std pistons & rings for my 36 Buick Model 80-320 cubic inch. Egge Machine starts at .020 oversize. I am trying to avoid reboring and total dissaembly of the motor as everything else-except one piston that galled up is in great shape. Any leads appreciatedNick in VA. critterpainter
dumb question. Will the pistons from the ater 320's fit? They are domed and not flat top and will give you a little more power in addition to being easier to find.Bill
Friartuck
Have you tried Jahn's pistons? There is also a piston supplier in Ohio, but the name escapes me. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
NTArrington
No- it is not a "dumb question" but it is a dumb answer . The domed pistons will not interchange with the 36 head assembly. 2 year only run on this style set up.
Matt Harwood
Try www.egge.com where they make new pistons for just about any application you can imagine!
