REINYRAG
I have a 88 reatta and just purchased this module on ebay. Has anyone installed one? Instructions are a not real clear. Do you hook it to the MAF or the MAT in the air box or the temp collant sensor? Help!!!
Vincent Vega
Try contacting the seller or manufacturer. Don't expect great things from devices like this.

padgett
So it is a 3.3k resistor that goes in parallel with the IAT sensor ? Any chance of a table of how the reading changed ? The IAT seems to be (in book it is Manifold Air Temperature) ED23.
2seater
I don't know what this one is but I saw one on the LeSabre forum that was from E-bay. It has an actual knob to allow "performance" changes. I assume this is simply a potentiometer to allow varying the resistance value. The claim was for gobs of hp and had graphs to prove it. The graphs were a little light on the specifics of the engine combination, how the results were obtained etc...It did attach to the MAT sensor and my assumption is the air would read colder than actual, which "should" allow the ECM to add a little timing, but the thing that comes with that is usually a richer fuel setting too, and our ECM already seems biased a little rich.
