Guest fmbjogger
FMB, I own the same car in the same color combination. Has 19,000 on it but 17,000 when I got it a few years ago. I had to add a set of correct wire wheels on it though. Love the fact it has a 455!You've got a good eye, Steve. I've been an admirer of your collection since joining the site. Hoping for a chance to meet you one day.
Guest tjk6277
We sold a Saddle Bronze '72 442 last year that was completely original, unrestored and had 4701 miles on it. It was gorgeous. We have a couple other Oldsmobiles with low miles, but not as low as that one.

Guest slyhog022056
I know this is a very old thread but i had to put in my latest actual barn find. Recently bought a 1952 oldsmobile 98 all original except for keys bumper jack and 2 pieces of trim. This car was parked beside a barn in 1975 with 44,235 miles on it. I bought it as the 3rd owner, the guy i got it from bought it in 1985 and just never got around to doing anything with it. I know these are the original miles because i have been talking to the original owner who bought the car in 52. He still had all the paperwork, owners manuals and even the original 1952 license plates for it. He told me it was parked because they hit a dog and blew out the muffler and never got around to replacing it. I am planning to get it running and leaving the body alone at least for a couple of years, the only rusted out area is the drivers side fllorboard because the drivers side window was left down about 1 1/2". Steve_Mack_CT
A fellow club member in CT has a '57 four door with 17K original miles. It was his neighbor's car and when the original owner passed, the widow thought he would be a good care taker as he is an avid Model A restorer, and he maintained the car for a lot of it's life. Anyone at the CCR AACA show this past weekend could have seen this car, he has not even done so much as touch up the little nicks in the wheels let alone the body. The car presents nicely, and I rode in it once, very smooth indeed. Edited June 12, 2012 by Steve_Mack_CT added info (see edit history)
Guest Joe_Varley
I now have a '66 Starfire with 23,000 miles on it. It was parked in the garage by the original owner in Phoenix in 1970. It has nearly every option, is Tropic Turquoise with black interior, buckets and console.
