Probably one of the worst timing lights ever for my 48 DeSoto!

Was mentioned previously, however it’s now the 21st century and this doesn’t always work when the daily car is electric or hybrid…….😕

In a pinch you can always static time it. Roll engine over by hand and line up the timing mark. Remove distributor cap. Loosen distributor & retard . Turn on key and advance till points spark, tighten distributor and replace cap. We used this method on old VW beetles. Crude but works.
