Leif in Calif
The worst part of RHD is if you need to pull out to pass on a 2 lane, but that will rarely come up on a Model A! https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/d/helendale-1928-ford-model-phaeton-rhd/7775890386.html 1928 Ford Model A Phaeton with right hand drive. Completely original except with a 6-volt alternator and a 50 horsepower high compression head. I have the original generator if you want it. Well maintained and owned by current owner for over 25 years. Runs and drives great. Fun to drive with the right-hand steering. Ordinally sold new in New Zealand and brought to the United States in the 1950's. Speedometer replaced and shows only 564 miles. Top and upholstery in very good condition. Paint has some scratches. Never any rust or accidents. Price reduced from $19.500 to current price of $18,500, See and drive to appreciate. (951) 318-5816
wayne sheldon
A long time ago, a very good friend had a model A right hand driven touring car. He had fun with it! His longtime girl friend would sit in the left seat and then lay back and take a nap on long tours! People looking at the cars going by would see her and think the driver fell asleep. He used to threaten to hang a fake steering wheel off the dash in front of her.
