1940 Ford deluxe, not mine.

It will cost another $20k, and probably much more, to either rod or restore this Ford. You may clear your investment by selling it fresh after restoration, but the cost of sales may eat any anticipated profit. (Commissions, transportation, and associated costs). I guess that's better than knowing a project is a loosing proposition before you start.
