classiclines
Not Mine Post: 1935 Auburn 653 It's time let the next curator of our beloved Auburn enjoy and care for her. The Auburn has been in our family since 1937 and will be a great driver quality, entry into the world of ACD, Auburn-CORD-Duesenberg. Auburn's have a rich heritage in the automotive world with many innovative engineering features for their time. This is a four (suicide) door sedan with the Lycoming 6 cylinder and a Columbia two speed rear end, six speeds forward, two speeds in reverse. This is a documented, Auburn Certified car that spent it's life in Connecticut until it came to the PNW in 1989. I do not need help selling and if the ad is up, it's for sale. Please respond with your phone number in the email and I will contact you with additional information. alsancle
Something you never see. Most 6 cylinder Auburns were turned in to eight cylinder and SC cars. A 6 banger convertible coupe could be the rarest car in the world.
alsancle
Couple of cool features, it has a Tach dead center in the dash and the two speed rear end is controlled from the steering wheel. 2
