This should give the guys (and gals) a better idea of what this seldom-seen BUICK accessory is. They're really pretty classy looking, when installed, aren't they? Since there's chrome plating and glass involved, I would think your friend would be wise to open the sealed original box to check for glass damage and/or chrome pitting before selling. Most, if not all buyers will want to know. The 2015 posting referenced the mounting brackets being impossible to find, if missing. Again, a buyer will want assurance these brackets hadn't fallen out of the box sometime over the last 75 years! Hope this info helps your friend and the forum viewers.
