I know these old continentals are impossible to find, but I think I have one of these out of a Larrabee truck. Will have to look to see what type it is. Has not run in years. Let me know if you may be interested.

Your CSeries seems to be C, TA, CA-C4 if it exits, CCA, C2, C4, and maybe T6. 

CA, CCA,C4 issued in 3 3/4 and 4 1/8 bores others appear 4 1/8. Monte's maybe able to advise if suitable substitutes if no C is available.

CA-C4 may be listing where engines options or if C4 replaced C2. 

CA-C4 in over 100 trucks per my list up through 1923.
