89REATTAJIM
Driving early evening, the battery warning light came on for 1 to 3 seconds several times. When the light was on, the gauge read just over 11 volts, when light was off, read almost 13v. The lights in the speedometer window were working. Next morning, battery lite still coming on, but speedo, clock, etc were out. Alternator tested bad. Replaced alternator. Haven't located a fuse or breaker that might be the culprit. Any suggestions?? rogold99
If the alternator is bad, it could be draining your battery. And make sure all of your battery connections are tight.
