John2012
I've removed the two hex bolts and the expansion valve will not come out. I've tried prying, pulling, PB Blaster and applying heat from the heat gun. I even hooked the pipes back up to the expansion valve and used bungee cords to apply constant pulling pressure for over a week. Still no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks. NTX5467
What issue are you seeking to fix? How did you determine the expansion valve needed to be changed? Just curious, NTX5467
John2012
When adding refrigerant the low side would increase and nothing on the high side.
JohnD1956
Any pictures of the area in question? This is a much newer car that some may not have dealt with before.

Adding gas due to a leak or component replacement? This is not usually something which fails on those cars or other similar systems.
