1922 Dodge Bros. Touring car needs.....

I just had my first learning curve and real life experience with a split rim spreader tool and also dealing with split rims. All's well on that project. However, changing the tire pointed to the fact that a previous owner must have, in a deeply NOT thoughtful moment, changed this tire using a Crescent Wrench and not a 6 flat socket. Please look in your spare parts can and see if you have a few good lug nuts correct for Dodge Wood wheels, not disc wheels.

Send my a PM if you can help.

Back when I first bought my '22 back in 1985, I met an old tire man who showed me how to grind down the tip of a giant screwdriver so it fits perfectly into the pocket on my split rim, and I've been very happy with how well it works. It makes the job so much easier and safer.
