This is correct. Oldsmobile similarly used a bearing from the factory, but replacements can be either bushing or bearing. Keep in mind that the only time the input shaft is turning at a different rate than the crank is when you have the clutch pressed in. That is a tiny fraction of the total time you are driving the car and either bearing or bushing will work fine.
