WHAT CAR DID YOU SEE THIS AFTER MARKET RADIO TUNER INSTALLED IN ???

I have no idea what kind of car. In that time, it was fairly common to have a distance-local switch for sensitivity (probably equivalent to city-country) and a tone control, and it was also sometimes a switch. That's probably what bass-voice-music is. On some radios these controls were down on the box rather than up with the dash controls. I'll bet this radio remoted those controls when they otherwise would not have been. The st.car setting is a mystery to me. I've never seen this part. Good luck on your search.

EDIT: Also, the knobs are generic, and those particular ones were really common in the late 30s and early 40s, used on many different makes of radio. They were probably available over a considerably longer period.
