Actually, I've been told by several that they were a great company. A late friend from Baton Rouge years ago used Graves and was very pleased as I recall. We've been using Paul's Plating in Evans City, PA for probably 20 years Excellent quality and service. Not cheap, but You get what you pay for - never been dissatisfied.
