I've heard stories like that in our area, with cars, airplanes, tractors, etc., buried in a large hole just to get rid of them. Keith I live right next to the forest, and at the side of the road in a bend there was a big hole that had been dug and people came to get their trash in it, it was my father who told me about it, and one day he saw that someone had thrown a Renault 4cv into the hole.
