leomara Posted February 6, 2023 Share Posted February 6, 2023 (edited) My brake and gearshift levers are black and when I cleaned them there was no indication they were ever plated. However the button on top on the brake lever appears to have been plated. An update on this, the bottom of my brake lever from the pivot point to the end had the same "avocado" green paint as I found on my engine block and bell housing.
