crank hole cover in Oregon

This is a long shot, but thought I'd post here to see if anyone from the NW US recognizes this add for a crank hole cover.  The add must be pretty old and maybe the cover has been sold because it wouldn't let me contact the owner.  If anybody here knows anything about it, and can put me in contact with the seller, I'd like to purchase it!  Thanks!

2040parts.com is a scam website. 

Avoid using them. My understanding is that they pull old/expired/deleted ads from Ebay, craigslist and others just to obtain your information. I believe the site originates from Russia.

That is, except maybe the Russia part, my take on that site. I couldn't even find a way to contact the seller about something I found years ago on that site.
