I believe that there is a ceiling to every cars value (no matter how much money you put in to the car). 30k might be how much he spent to restore this car, but it is what it is, and it is still a Plymouth business coupe.

He put $23,000 as a price at the top of the ad. You are quite correct that Plymouth business coupes only get "so good". I wonder which price is what they are  currently thinking.
