Nice car, optimistic price.

Steering wheel looks like it's made of bamboo. Rather than one of those restoring kits, I'd probably just lace up one of those nice leather covers you can buy online and call it a day.

I hope the new radiator cures whatever's wrong with the cooling system, and the seller didn't cook the motor before deciding there was a problem.

This is a nice looking car from a distance. A close inspection would be necessary to see what you are getting into. Dash sure looks 80 years old and the steering wheel is gone, door seals and trunk are more than likely gone. Owner states the radiator needs attention and I would bet the wiring is original. to fix these issues and more could put you underwater real quick. It is a four door Special and there is a ceiling  on this cars marketability. Tread carefully grasshopper as David Cardine would say.
