Anyone know when the paperwork for this years Newslwetter Contest will be sent out?

I missed the Publications Seminar at Philly.... dont know if they stated a time frame there.

Seems to be getting late in the year.....but can't remember when past paperwork was received so it may not be.

Just wondering....

Thanks.

Starting last year (I think) the info for the newsletter contest was included as a section on the officer reporting form submitted by the secretary. Less paperwork going to national. You may want to check with your secretary to make sure your info has been entered appropriately, and more importantly, submitted. I think that form was due March 1st, but don't quote me! <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I checked with my Mom who is our region's secretary. The officer reporting form submitted by the secretary did include an area for publication name, Frequency of publishing and editor's name, address, and email. It was due March 1st.

Jan,

The paperwork I received.. and assume everyone else did.. was the same forms that we have been receiving in the past. This included the cover letter with the names and addresses of the Newsletter Committee and the criteria that the committee looks for... plus the form to fill out with the newsletter vital information where the white copy goes to Jeanne Smith and the yellow copy goes to the Publication VP (Sherman Carey this year). The deadline to mail the forms is May 15.

Once again I am scrambling this year to find the Editor's contest form to send in so that our club can be entered in the newsletter contest. This is just an idea, but what about having this form available online so that we could just fill in the blanks and e-mail it to Jeanne? [color:"brown"]
