Leif in Calif
Price is pretty high but it looks like a nice car. I assume it wouldn't be too hard to replace the springs and I could live with the better brakes. These 50's Buicks are very usable and have an active club and good support. Why they ask for calls and texts but don't give a phone number I can only guess. https://eugene.craigslist.org/cto/d/bend-1954-buick-special/7491561640.html 54 Buick Special 2dr hardtop. The body paint and interior look to be at least 20+ years old and in good condition but certainly not perfect. The 264ci Nailhead is rebuilt and the trans and rear axle I have not done anything with but work great. Here is a list of what we have done under our ownership.* front disc brake conversion* power brake conversion* Jamco 3” lowering springs* QA1 adjustable rear shocks* new fuel tank* 2.5” single Flowmaster exhaust* Bluetooth hidden stereo* 20” US Wheel steelies come with the car but not currently on, the stock wheels and caps on on it nowThis is a great driver and great looking car. Have lots of pics of the car with a few different wheel tire combos. Asking $23,000 obo. avgwarhawk
To many changes from the original to new for me. The newer upgrades probably figuring into the seller 26k. Overall a fun car.

Maybe it can be put back to its original state pretty easily, but when I hear of even one incorrect item, I wonder what else is wrong. Is the upholstery done correctly? Is the carburetor original? I want to see the beauty and engineering that Buick achieved in 1954, not what Joe Customizer did in 2008!
