60 vs 63 Dynaflow

"Gut suspicion" tells me that there might be some internal upgrades in those THREE long model years' difference.  Other than the torque ball issue.  BUT one indicator might be the torque converter, IF one part number reman converter goes to both model years.  Other than the possibility that the '63 item might be sealed rather than bolt-together, or similar?

 

Might get into www.rockauto.com and do some looking around.  The "buyer's guide" function will give you a model year and model range of vehicles each item is supposed to fit.
