Help with old family photo?

Wondering if anyone could help me identify this car specifically, I’ve asked a few message boards and there is a lot of debate on if it’s an old Morris Minors vs an old Ford or Dodge but in my searching I cannot find one with the exact same top shape so wondering if any experts on here have a clue! Thank you!

Do you know the country the photo was taken in?

I'd be guessing something like this 1938 Dodge, top tends to taper towards rear causing the illusion you likely see in old photo. Many MOPARS and other makes in this era had very similar look, so pinning it down might be unrealistic based on the fuzzy photo.

I assume it was taken in America! It could’ve been taken in Italy, I suppose, if they were visiting family or perhaps a picture mailed to them from Italy
