Grimy Posted February 20, 2022 Share Posted February 20, 2022 It will be important for prospective purchasers to know if it's a 22" rim or a 21" rim. P-A engineering records indicate a change to 21" rim at serial 80-5443 about late May 1925 but field experience indicates that 22s were retained until somewhere around 80-8000, which is considered to be the start of the 1926 model year. Hubert_25-25 Posted March 25, 2022 Share Posted March 25, 2022 Can you post pictures of the locking mechanism for the rim. The only other car besides Pierce Arrow that used 22" rims was Buick in 1925. Buick rims came in 2 widths. 4" ( 3 7/8" actual) for the Standard models and 4 1/2" (4 3/8" actual) for the Master models. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
