Yes  exactly.... either just the plane one ore the mascot one .thank you

OK, I've been watching (not serious yet) for the plain rad cap as well, not sure if my flying lady is a real one or an aftermarket, not sure on how to tell the difference.

The latch should be out there as according to the 1939 parts list it was used on both sedans and coupes, the window regulator was on coupes 2&4dr... and the run was used on the 2drs only...

Hope this helps and good luck with your search,

Dave

A photo of the underside would help to determine if real of replacement.

Do you have any photos of a plain cap? I have a bunch of these (in much better shape than these photos) which are earlier.

Sorry, not the best photo of the bottom, I see no stamping numbers on it so most likely it's an after market,

TIA

I think that one is a 1933 replacement. It has the extended torso so that the wings would not get damaged by the hood. Here is a 1931-32 cap....

Isn't that round cap for a 1930?.  A 31-32 Parking (not flying lady) cap has an oval shape just like the base of the flying lady cap.

Yes, the round cap is for a 1930. Don't think I have ever seen a plain oval cap for the 1931-32.

For reference only-  Sorry none for sale.

1.  1933 Plymouth on left longer torso.  1931-32 on right shorter torso.

2.   Bottom of original 1933 ( 31 and 32) look similar.  Notice two knubs near center hole.

3. Two knubs will hold an original wing clamp in place. Complete setup not shown.

4   Many aftermarket repros will have  a stud or hole for a nut to hold down a wing clamp.

5.  This repro has an old clamp that i took off of a Ford cap.

The original wing clamps are hard to find.  Any ideas who could reproduce these from a good example?

The same clamps were used on most Chrysler products fro 1930 thru 1933.
