NN98065
Good afternoon all, my family has an old imperial crown I believe it’s a 64 and it has been sitting in the woods for the past 40+/- years. all the doors were left unlocked but the door latch’s on all 4 doors are rusted shut have tried using force and tons of pb blaster and wd 40 but it seems the mechanism is just rusted together and don’t even engage when you pull the door handle. is they’re any recommendations on how to possibly get in without busting out one of the windows? In decent shape motor turns as well Edited July 3, 2021 by NN98065 (see edit history)
28 Chrysler
You may try to go through the weather stripping on the door glass and grab the door handle with a heavy wire. The wing windows have a very good locking handle but they may not be locked. You could also try to go through the trunk and rear seat. (very difficult)

8E45E
If you can get under the hood, install a battery, and use a coat hanger to move the window switches until one lowers. I believe on 1964 Chrysler products, they will work with the key off. Craig
28 Chrysler
If I remember right the wing windows open from the front manually and the door handles were like floor shifters.
