Lyn
Hi People Could this old logging truck be either a Leyland or a Dennis truck. It would be around the 1920/1930/1940 era - or possibly earlier. I am having trouble identifying it. I'm not sure of the exact year. It was used for logging out here in Australia in the early years. Any information on this vehicle would be fantastic! Many thanks Lyn
nzcarnerd
Looks to be an oval badge on the radiator which would suggest possibly Dennis.
Craig Gillingham
It's very similar to a Dennis, but I think this one is a late 20's Leyland. They have those distinctive louvers along the upper edge of the bonnet/hood. Attached is a photo of a similar model.
Gunsmoke
And lyn, please re-title your post(s) with something searchable, such as "Make of Large Old Logging Truck?" Thanks.
