1932 Ford 5-Window, $40,000 - Not Mine

I saw this ad on the HAMB.  Rather than link to another forum, I will paste the text of it (which has contact info) and photos here:

 

1932 all original steel five window coupe, same owner since the 60,s always maintained in running condition and kept inside all stock , body and fenders are straight and rust free , windows roll up and down easily, starts right up runs and drives , California survivor , clean california title in my name registered to california black plates can ship it anywhere at buyers expense , located in Northern California ray 415-517-5754

Wow, seems like a steal even for a B.  My initial reaction was, "not so long ago $40k would be underpriced"  

New seller/flipper should do ok.
