WTB 1939 Buick coupe model 40 front bumper

Need front bumper that can be replated.  I have good bumper guards

There are 2 designs of brackets from chassis to bumper, but I think the bumpers are the same

Series 40 & series 60 bumpers are the same.  Series 80 & 90 bumpers are different

 

The best source of pre war Buick parts is Dave Tacheny in Champlin, MN. He specializes in 1936-1941 Buick parts. He is old school:- no email. The best way to contact him is to call him between 4 and 7 pm Central at 763-427 3460. You can also write him a letter. His address is 11949 Oregon Ave N., Champlin, MN 55316.

I have a bumper guard, possibly a front bumper as well. Where do you live? Shipping a front bumper will be expensive
