what kind of regals had t tops and a console shifter

im tryin to find out what kinda regals had ttops and a console shifter, it is a 1980 regal with a 6 cylinder

I believe they could be ordered on any 2-door Regal. Around 1976, there was a special S/R package that included the Hurst/Hatch roof, console, heavy duty suspension, road wheels and white letter tires. Anyone else remember those?

The t-top roof option and the console w/bucket seat option would have been independent of each other and restricted to 2 door models only. Engine choice was independent of these two items too.

When the '80 body series came online with the '78 models, t-tops were a factory order option and generally were better designed and integrated with the vehicle than the previous Hurst/Hatch models (from American Sunroof Corporation) which were not factory installed. The factory t-tops also had more glass area than the H/H conversions too.
