Ben Bruce aka First Born
For sure! Probably still used. Threads into a bung in the top of a metal "oil" drum. I expect farmers and ranchers and others use them. Ben

JimKB1MCV
To me it looks like a generic drum pump used to transfer any liquid, usually some kind of oil but not always. My first exposure to these pumps, I think was transfering the contents of twenty 55 gallon drums of Taro 440 lube oil into my ships L.O. tanks from the end of a dock in northern Norway in the dead of winter. It took a while. I think that was in 1969.
