Hudsy Wudsy
Here's a link to a C/L ad for a great looking '39 Dodge coupe for sale in Vermont. If it had an overdrive it would be worth every penny of the asking price, and then some, in my opinion. Still, overdrives are out there, if you look hard enough: https://vermont.craigslist.org/cto/d/grand-isle-1939-dodge-businessmans-coupe/7186610619.html Ad copy: This 1939 Dodge Businessman’s Coupe has only had two owners, my father’s insurance agent’s mother from 1939 to 1955, and my family since 1955. It originated from Southern California, and has never been driven in a winter climate (summer use only in Vermont). The body has been professionally restored and beautifully repainted; the interior has been completely redone in English wool upholstery. It has a uniquely large trunk, hence the name businessman’s coupe. Phone number in ad. Grand Isle, VT. Nice looking one year only body: Edited September 2, 2020 by Hudsy Wudsy (see edit history)
