Guest Posted December 15, 2002 Share Posted December 15, 2002 at the national meet in richmond i tried to certify our 40 packard in hpof.the car was certified in 1990 at hagerstown by my father.i talked to national and they told me what to do.the car is original minus paint.it was painted prior 1962.at the awards banquet i did not receive certifation.when i questioned yhe head of judging for aaca he said he would write me and tell me why i did not certify.the meet was in june,is his explanation in the mail like the check?
