Outside rear crossmember mounting brackets( behind spare tire ) are 30"center to center. One center mounting bracket under car body. Overall, 36"L x10-3/4"W x 9-1/8"H Are we having fun yet? 😱 Cheers. Flivverking
The 1928 Model 72 gas-O-lene tank is a NO GO! Fyi '28/72 model ,series code J had 2 gas tanks. One fits all but Town sedan and one for Town sedan. The handlemans tank was 35-1/2 x 14 x 7.. A 1925-1927 G code Brougham used 3 tanks through it's run. My fuel tank 36 x 10-3/4 wide x 9-1/8. We can maybe fudge a bit in overall size but the 14" width is to much. Thanks to ( thehandleman )for his interest to help.
