want to buy 1957 Ford Air Cleaner Lid

I'm looking for just the lid of a 1957 Ford air cleaner housing. Not a Thunderbird air cleaner, but standard heavy-duty air cleaner for a 4-barrel carburetor in a Fairlane. The lid should be 9.5 inches in diameter and the air cleaner housing itself is about 16 inches in diameter. I have the housing and the element, just missing the lid (and wing nut, if you have one).

Anyone have one of these laying around? I don't see them reproduced and eBay has turned up dry.
