Studebaker Wooden Wheels on CL

-->>NOT MINE<<--These popped up on my local CL today. Out of my limited area of Studebaker identification. Any opinions on years these were applicable? Opines on any value or usefulness they might have? Price is negligible. Wall hangers?

 A guess but based on Buicks I had I would say late teens as the wheel has a wooden felloe as opposed to metal.

The owner told me that:

The tires are 30x3.5.  The wheels are the all the same size. They are steel rims that clamp onto a wooden wheel.

I did go and rescue these. THANKS for all comments & info. The story: these rested in a garage rafters for decades; the wood is dry and solid. I will follow up and message anyone with an interest and send better pics. Anyone with questions give me a ring. Shipping will be interesting. THANKS ALL!
