$um Fun
Helping a friend with his roadster project and the car needs new wood all around. Is there a company or a person that makes a wood kit for the 1929 Model 70 roadster?
Restorer32
Extremely unlikely that anyone makes a kit for your car . You will need to send the car to a specialist or do it yourself. We have rewooded maybe 35 cars over the years but never a '29 Chrysler Roadster. Your wood needs to be accurate within 3/16" if you want the doors to close properly. Where are you located? JMAV8FORD
If the wood is good for patterns, Classic Wood in Greensboro, NC may be able to help. Call 336-691-1344 and talk to Ricky Hite.
$um Fun
Restorer32 and JMAV8Ford, thanks for the advice. I am located in CA and was hoping there was someone that has already been down this path. I will give Classic Wood a call and see.
