Please help identify this car

I ran across this old picture of my Grandfather with a car.  I’m trying to identify the car.  So far I’ve had guesses from various car people and car clubs, but no success.  I’ve eliminated Chrysler, Lincoln, Auburn, Pierce Arrow, Duesenburg, Packard, Nash, Chevy, Ford, and Plymouth.  It looks to be a 1932 model, but I’ve checked for 1930 to 1934 of each make.
The car has some definitive features: Looks like head lights may steer with front wheels, front fenders have embossed feature running up the middle, front bumper has an “A” emblem in the middle, the license plate may be 1935 (maybe that’s expiration date?), suicide rear doors, vertical side hood louvers, bow support between fenders across front of grille, emblem at top of grille is fuzzy but may be center globe with wings.
