1925 Buick Door Handles

Hello All:

 

I'm restoring a 1925 Buick 25-28 Opera coupe and I pulled a blunder that made me have chest pains and literally throw up.  I broke one of my outside door handles.  The handle is a  loop or coach type design that was used on the 24 and 25 higher end body styles and the Master series Buicks.  I desperately need one or a pair of these.  I saw here that someone had them recast in bronze but I've had no luck in finding the site.

 

If anyone out there can help me with finding the reproductions or if you have an original it will end my chest pains.

Try sending a PM to Rogethat. He had some cast in silicone bronze not long ago. (See attached) I got lucky and found a pair on Ebay. 

I'd like to see some photos of your '25. They're none too common.

This type was used on lots of other cars.  I think I have a couple of them that if they are not exactly the same are very close.  Put a couple of pictures of handles that arer off the car up.

     I was reading this post and if you are still interested in this door handle I did have this door handle cast and you can get the details from janjohn@fairpoint.net.  This is the

email of the company that did the work for me.  Mr. Boland attached the pictures of what they look like.
